Our office is located on 1075 West and 1353 North Suite 1, Farmington, Utah.<\/strong>\u00a0 We are on the bottom floor of the two story office building that is right on 1075 West.\u00a0 (It is in the same complex of offices as our previous location just on the corner of the building west of the old one.)\u00a0 There is a door to the office on the west side of the building that can be accessed by parking directly on 1075 West.\u00a0 Or you can pull into the parking lot in the middle of the office complex and park directly in front of our new office where you will see reserved parking signs for our patients that read: “Reserved for Cornerstone Healing Patients”.\u00a0\u00a0 The east entrance is located in the corner of the building close to the parking lot.\u00a0 Both the west and east entrances will take you directly into our office.\u00a0 Look for “Cornerstone Healing” on the doors.<\/p>\n

If you are SOUTH of Farmington<\/strong>: Head North on I-15, after the first Farmington exit (#324) merge into one of the right 2 lanes to take Highway 89 (towards South Ogden) as it splits from I-15.\u00a0 Once on Highway 89 take the second exit, which is Shepard Lane.\u00a0 At Shepard Lane turn left and go under Highway 89.\u00a0 Get into the right lane and turn right at the next light which is 1075 W.\u00a0 You can park directly on 1075 West and come in the west entrance or you can pull into the parking lot by turning right. We are Suite 1.<\/p>\n

If you are NORTH of Farmington:<\/strong> Head South on I-15, take the Farmington Park Lane exit (#325).\u00a0 Turn left at Park Lane (which is the intersection on the top of the overpass).\u00a0 Heading east you will turn left at the next intersection, as if you are going onto Highway 89 and head north until you get to Shepard Lane (the next stop light).\u00a0 At Shepard Lane turn left and go under Highway 89.\u00a0 Get into the right lane and turn right at the next light which is 1075 West.\u00a0 You can park directly on 1075 West and come in the west entrance or you can pull into the parking lot by turning right.\u00a0 We are the suite 1.<\/p>\n

From KAYSVILLE head south on main street<\/strong>.\u00a0 Turn right on 1075 West (at the Russon Brothers Mortuary right before Hwy 89) heading south.\u00a0\u00a0 Half a mile on your left will see Alpine Dental and then a group of one story office buildings.\u00a0 Immediately after this will be 2-story office buildings which you will turn (left) into (the 4th total entrance).\u00a0 Park on the south side in our reserved parking spots, or in any open stall.\u00a0 Walk southwest to the door that says “Cornerstone Healing”.<\/p>\n

From SOUTHBOUND HIGHWAY 89 (South Ogden, Morgan, North East Davis County):<\/strong>\u00a0 Heading south on Highway 89 you will pass the Main Street Kaysville exit.\u00a0 Take the next exit: Shepard Lane (exit #396). Turn right on Shepard Lane.\u00a0 On Shepard Lane stay in the right lane and turn right at the next light which is 1075 West.\u00a0 You can park directly on 1075 West and come in the west entrance or you can pull into the parking lot by turning right.<\/p>\n

Here is what the office complex looks like from 1075 West, if you are looking east.\u00a0 Turn east into this parking lot, we are the first building on the right (south).\u00a0 Park in any open space, or in one of our reserved parking spaces.<\/p>\n
